CareShortlist is an independent care facilitation service for aged care in Australia: we help families find, compare and connect with care. Content we publish is general information only. It is not medical, financial, legal or aged care advice, and it is not a recommendation of any provider.
Data and accuracy
Service listings and Star Ratings are reproduced from Australian Government publications, with the source date shown. We work to keep information current but do not guarantee it is complete, accurate or up to date. Ratings, prices, availability and funding rules change. Always confirm details directly with providers, My Aged Care and Services Australia before acting.
Calculators
Calculators provide estimates using published government rates current at the date shown. Your actual fees, budgets and contributions depend on government assessment of your circumstances. Estimates are not quotes and are not financial advice.
Referrals
When you request a shortlist, you ask us to identify care options for you and, where you choose, to connect you with providers. Providers are responsible for their own services, pricing and conduct. Participating providers pay us a referral fee; this fee is never charged to you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information we publish. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
